How long will my order take to process and deliver?
Processing time by default is 1-7 business days. Please refer to the announcement for the most accurate processing time. Orders will be dropped off on Monday to Friday and ship from United Kingdom.

UK - 2 to 7 business days
International - 7 to 30 business days
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping fees are flat rate, including the postage and packaging cost. No matter how much you order the shipping fee will be UK £2.6 / international £4.5.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
All orders are posted by untracked letter mail via Royal Mail 1st Class in the UK and Royal Mail International Standard worldwide. You may upgrade shipping by choosing tracked option at checkout.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Please contact me if you wish to return your order. You will need to send your order by mail and cover the cost of return postage yourself. Refund will be issued as soon as the item is received by me. Shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
I can’t accept returns on custom or personalised orders, and items on sale unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to the nature of these items. Please contact me within 1 week your order arrives with the image of the faulty or damaged product.
I don’t accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Will I have to pay customs?
You are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may be charged. These charges vary depending on the country and local tax laws. Please pay the charges when your order reaches your destination country.
Orders
Can I change, cancel or combine my order?
You can change, cancel or combine your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order’s shipping label is printed, which ever comes first.
You cannot cancel any order with requested customisation once production has started.
How can I contact you about my order?
Please message me on the Contact page or contact me at happybeesuk@gmail.com with your order. I will respond to your message in 1 to 3 business days.
I think my order is lost, what should I do?

All illustrations, digital products and freebies are for personal only. You are not allow to profit from them. Please do not alter, trace, distribute or resell any of them.
