Order Cancellation

You can cancel your physical order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order’s shipping label is printed, which ever comes first.

You cannot cancel digital order unless it is not downloaded.

You cannot cancel any order with requested customisation once production has started.

Returns, Exchange & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.  Please contact me if you wish to return your order.  All returned orders will incur a 5% cancellation fee.  You will need to send your order by mail and cover the cost of return postage yourself.  Refund will be issued as soon as the item is received by me.  Shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

I can’t accept returns on custom or personalised orders, and items on sale unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to the nature of these items.  Please contact me within 1 week your order arrives with the image of the faulty or damaged product.

I don’t accept exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
