Shipping

Shipping fees are flat rate, including the postage and packaging cost. No matter how much you order the shipping fee will be UK £2.6 (Royal Mail 1st Class) or £1.9 (Royal Mail 2nd Class) / international £5.5 / United States £6

 All orders are posted by untracked letter mail via Royal Mail.  If you would like to have your order tracked, please select the ‘tracked’ option at checkout.

Estimate Shipping Time from the date your order is shipped:

- UK: 2 to 7 business days (Royal Mail 1st Class) / 5 to 14 business days (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

- International: 7 to 30 business days

If your order has not arrived after the above timescale, please contact me at happybeesuk@gmail.com. 

Customs and VAT

You are responsible for any additional customs and import taxes that may be charged.  These charges vary depending on the country and local tax laws.  Please pay the charges when your order reaches your destination country.

For US customers, tariffs are collected at checkout and your order will be sent as DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) using Royal Mail.

Change of Address

Change of shipping address is not possible after your order is shipped. You may contact your local post office to see if they can reroute your order. I will contact you to arrange reshipment when your order returns to me. You will be responsible for any additional reshipment fees.
